We live in a world where Black and Brown women and girls face greater barriers in accessing resources and support, getting well-paid jobs, and advancing in their careers compared to their white counterparts. ​Though the present seems bleak, at Odihi, we are setting our sights on the bright future. Through our platform, we provide BIPOC women and girls opportunities to learn, grow, and build confidence in their abilities to become leaders and trailblazers. Our platform exists to equip Black and Brown females with the tools to resist the status quo, liberate themselves, and go from merely surviving to THRIVING.
By joining our membership, you’ll also gain access to a supportive network of unapologetic, ambitious Black and brown female students, professionals, entrepreneurs, founders, and individuals hungry for knowledge, advancement, and community. We believe in the power of women supporting women through collaborations and lasting relationships. Our community is inspired to smash glass ceilings by making celebrating and connecting with other BIPOC females the new norm.
We only collaborate and partner with screened companies and organizations dedicated to seeing you shine. We intentionally give you further access to the best opportunities (job openings, summer programs, and apprenticeships) that will significantly enhance your professional and personal growth.
Education is powerful, and I know that when Black and Brown females are given the access to learn, to be mentored, better equipped, and empowered, they are unstoppable!
