CEO & FOUNDER
Efe Fruci is the founder of Odihi. The term 'Odihi' is a Nigerian name in Edo Dialect which means "essence of greatness". Odihi is created to give Black girls and women the opportunity to gain hands-on career experiences, grow their network, and build their confidence through coaching, workshops, and mentorships. By providing the resources and support they require, Odihi aims to ensure that ALL Black girls and women are able to succeed in life - from their studies to their careers, profession, and businesses - so they can unleash their greatness and thrive forward, confidently.
Efe is also a scientist and senior analyst at Accenture, an author, inspirational speaker, and a self-driven confidence coach working with young girls and women to help them become confident, self-motivated, fearless, and empowered. Efe is passionate about helping women change the narrative by smashing limiting beliefs (self-doubt, insecurities, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome).
